Find your perfect fit
Support that never squeezes starts with the right size. Take a moment to measure, then use the charts below to find the fit made for your body.
Shapewear
Body measurements in inchesMeasure your natural waist and the fullest part of your hip. If your two measurements land in different rows, compare both and choose the one closest to how you like your shapewear to feel.

Bras
Body measurements in inchesYour bra size has two parts: the band (the number) and the cup (the letter). Measure your underbust first, then your bust — a soft measuring tape and a non-padded bra give the most accurate result.
Step one — Find your band size
Measure directly under your bust, level and snug. Round to the nearest whole number.
| Underbust (in) | How to calculate your band |
|---|---|
| 26 – 32 | If even, add 4. If odd, add 5 |
| 33 – 38 | If even, add 2. If odd, add 3 |
| 39 and up | If even, add 0. If odd, add 1 |
Step two — Find your cup size
Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Add 2 to your underbust, then subtract that from your bust measurement.
| Difference (in) | Your cup size |
|---|---|
| 0 | AA |
| 1 | A |
| 2 | B |
| 3 | C |
| 4 | D |
| 5 | DD |
| 6 | DDD / F |
| 7 | G |
Sister sizes
Same cup volume, different band. Useful when you are between sizes or prefer a looser or firmer band.
| Your size | Smaller band | Larger band |

| 34D | 32DD | 36C |
| 36C | 34D | 38B |

How to measure
01
Bust
Wrap the tape loosely around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level straight across your back.
02
Underbust
Measure directly underneath your bust, where a band would sit. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.
03
Waist
Find your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso — and measure around it while standing relaxed.
04
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Good to know
- All measurements are body measurements in inches, not garment measurements.
- Use a soft measuring tape, and measure over bare skin or a non-padded bra for the truest result.
- If you are measuring without a tape, use a piece of string or ribbon, mark the length, then measure it flat.
- Bodies change. Remeasure every 6 to 12 months, and after any major change in weight.
- Sizing can vary by style. If a fit feels off, try the sister size before changing styles entirely.
